Mazda sales shine in Q2 2021

Mazda has recorded very impressive sales numbers throughout the first six months of 2021. Overall, with 34,575 vehicles sold, Mazda has increased its sales by 53.1% compared to the first half of 2020. Moreover, Mazda has recorded 6,816 vehicles in June, an increase of 3.8% versus June 2020. Mazda also outpaced the industry in terms of Q2 sales with 72.2 per cent increase in sales compared to the same period in 2020.
The Mazda CX-5 has remained Mazda's most popular vehicle with an increase of 53.4% in sales for a total of 14,127 Vehicles registered. The second most popular vehicle in Canada for Mazda this year has been the Mazda3 with 6,209 Vehicles sold, an increase of 17.4%. The Mazda6, the Mazda CX-9, and the Mazda MX-5 have all doubled their sales so far this year with increases of 120 3.8%, 103%, and 120.4% respectively.
The Mazda CX-30 has also been on a roll, with its best-ever month on record in June totaling 44.3 per cent increase in sales versus June 2020. Over the first six months of 2021, the Mazda CX-30 has registered 5,995 units sold, an increase of 82.7%.
