Our Service Procedures to Ensure Your Safety
How We are Disinfecting Your Vehicle's Interior
May 12 2020,
When in a vehicle, we encounter many areas such as the seats, steering wheel, touchscreen and the small switches and knobs across the dashboard and centre console. To ensure everyone's safety, we have implemented a new disinfection procedure for every vehicle that visits our Clubhouse.
1. The high-touch areas are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. These areas include, but are not limited to, the door handles, seats, seat belts, steering wheel, dashboard, centre console, arm rests and the push-to-start button.
2. The entire interior is sprayed with the use of a hospital-grade disinfectant that kills 99.999% of viruses.
3. A paper floormat is placed in the footwell along with a disposable seat cover over the driver's seat. This has always been part of our standard practice and is another barrier of protection to not just germs and viruses, but too dirt, oil and grease as well.
All our team members have been trained with the proper health and safety measures to keep the Clubhouse environment as clean and safe as possible for everyone. Frequent hand washing and use of available hand sanitizers are now normal practice, as well as maintaining a safe, physical distance during interactions and wearing gloves throughout their work. Gloves are changed between vehicles to ensure nothing is transferred from one vehicle to another.
