To our Valued Scarboro Mazda Clubhouse Members,
A lot has changed over the past few weeks. As we continue to closely monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we wanted to reach out and share the actions Scarboro Mazda is taking to keep our Clubhouse safe and clean for you, our team members and the community at large.
Following the recommendations from different levels of the government, Scarboro Mazda has reduced our operating hours to serve our members’ urgent sales and service needs.
Our Temporary Operating Hours are as followed:
SERVICE:
Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm
SALES:
Showroom closed

You can now purchase your vehicle entirely online! Our sales team is here to answer all your questions and accommodate your urgent needs!
Service Department
Our Service Department will also be offering complimentary Service Valet program, where one of our team member will be dropping off a sanitized rental vehicle at your residence, picking up your Mazda in need of maintenance, and subsequently delivering your Mazda back to your home. We will also be sanitizing your Mazda for you with this service.

Sales Department
Our Sales Department remains available to you for any questions and urgent needs. You may book a personal test drive in one of our sanitized vehicles, calculate payment options, and even complete your purchase online and have your new car delivered to your doorstep.
We will also be offering 90 Days No Payment, free-of-charge, for all customers at this time.
For any clubhouse members who will be visiting the clubhouse for urgent needs, we have implemented the following measures. All our team members have been trained to uphold and practice these measures, and are closely following the guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our Clubhouse.
These enhanced safety measures include:
• Continual disinfection of all high-touch areas including workstations, product displays and every vehicle using a hospital grade disinfecting cleaner
• Increase accessibility of hand sanitizers for clubhouse members and employees to protect the safety of the community in and outside the Clubhouse
• Ensure frequent hand washing, using provided hand sanitizers and keeping all our vehicles sanitized
• Additional precautionary measures after hours to ensure sanitization of our entire Clubhouse by utilizing VITAL OXIDE, a hospital grade spray cleaning agent that kills 99.999% of viruses
• All team members are to be alert and report any cold or flu like symptoms, along with travel history
